Overview
This website informs about PLUGGED 2026 and handles the crew registration for the competition. Personal data is processed only where necessary for these purposes and in accordance with the GDPR.

Hosting and server logs
When you visit this website, technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information) is processed to deliver the pages and to ensure stability and security. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
This website is hosted on a server operated by the organizer at STRATO AG (Berlin, Germany). The storage period of server logs must be documented before publication.
Google Maps
The event page embeds an interactive Google Maps map (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the map loads, data — in particular the IP address — is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (providing directions). More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Crew registration and Crew Portal
For the initial registration we process: team name, studio/institution/origin, name of the responsible contact person, email address, mobile number, division and the declared number of team members.
In the private Crew Portal, the crew additionally submits: first and last names and dates of birth of all team members (required for the division age rules), the official team photo, the performance music file, props information and — once configured — the payment status.
Purpose: organization and execution of the competition, including verification of the division age rules. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Data of minors is provided by the crew's responsible contact person.
Storage: data is kept for the organization and follow-up of the event; specific deletion periods must be defined by the organizer here.

Private access link and email dispatch
After the initial registration, an automatic email with a private Crew Portal link is sent to the provided contact address. The access token is stored on the server only as a cryptographic hash; the link itself grants access to the crew's registration and must be kept confidential.
The email service provider used for dispatch must be named here once configured (currently no external provider is configured).
Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies: the language preference (plugged-locale, stored for 12 months) and a session cookie for the internal admin area, which is only relevant to the organization team.
No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are used. No third-party tracking pixels are embedded.
Uploads
Team photos and music files are not publicly accessible. They can only be retrieved via the crew's private access link or by the organization team.
